About Emma Fuller


Emma offers an empathetic and supportive space to assist you in making positive changes.  Counselling can be a rewarding but sometimes bumpy road.  Imagine if you had a supportive and objective person to help you resolve some of those difficult and painful areas of your life.  Emma will work with you to develop more adaptive coping skills to better face life's challenges.

Emma is a registered psychologist and qualified art therapist and as such utilises a variety of approaches and techniques to help her clients achieve their counselling goals.  She will draw upon evidence-based interventions from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology, Family Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) and Art Therapy.

Emma works across the life span and has developed an interest in a wide variety of presenting issues including but not limited to:
