About Ms Lisa Ritchie
Lisa is a registered psychologist who believes that a collaborative relationship is the foundation of successful therapy.
This means that she takes a holistic, person-centred approach to counselling to assist you to recognise and summon your own unique strengths and resiliency, to facilitate change.
With this aim, Lisa draws from a variety of evidence-based therapies in her work, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing.
Lisa has experience in community health and tertiary counselling settings and works individually with adults with a range of presenting issues such as:
