Siobhan is a Psychologist who incorporates an empathic and client-focused style into therapy, so that you can feel supported and understood whilst you work towards improving your mental health and wellbeing.
Siobhan has experience in working across the lifespan, in helping people to reach a better understanding of themselves, and to work through mental health issues or concerns. She has worked with a range of problems including anxiety, depression, trauma, dementia, grief and loss, anger problems, and more.
Siobhan will work collaboratively with you to find the best therapeutic approach to suit your needs, particularly drawing from cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, psychodynamic therapy and solution-focused therapy.
Siobhan can help you work towards a happier and healthier self, whilst equipping you with coping skills to carry with you long after therapy has ended.
