About Paul Neumann

Paul is a highly experienced and compassionate Senior Clinical Psychologist who has been practicing since 2009. He works exclusively with adult clients, offering a thoughtful, insight-oriented approach that supports individuals in making lasting and meaningful changes in their lives.

Paul’s therapeutic style is grounded in the belief that the more we understand ourselves—our history, our patterns, and the experiences that have shaped us—the better equipped we are to move forward with clarity and purpose. He helps clients explore the deeper emotional and relational dynamics that may be contributing to current difficulties, while also providing practical tools for change.

Paul supports clients across a broad range of presentations, including depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), stress and burnout, adjustment challenges, and relationship or family concerns. Paul’s clinical practice is integrative, drawing on a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy. He also incorporates elements of Schema Therapy, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), and the Gottman Method for couples work, ensuring a personalised approach that reflects each client’s unique needs.

In addition to his therapeutic work, Paul is a board-approved supervisor and the author of Master Adulting, a practical and relatable guide for navigating the challenges of adult life. The book explores how anxiety impacts our decision-making, relationships, and sense of self—and offers strategies for stepping out of unhelpful patterns to live with greater intention and resilience.
