Help For Teens

A little moody is fine, but when should you worry....

We expect our teens to be moody, withdrawn, defiant and angry at times as they master the developmental task of autonomy and move into early adulthood.

We know that our teens will be more focused on their friends than their families, that they are under enormous pressure with school studies, not to mention the added social pressures of fitting in, and that they will be fixed to their phones.

But when should we worry?

Our psychologists can help you tease out what is an adaptive rough patch, from what is something you and your teen need assistance through.
