Hannah is on our client care team, and performs her role remotely.  She does an amazing job finding you last minute appointments that become available, arranging your payments and working tirelessly to get you your rebates.

 

Hannah and Mon will likely be your first port of call, we are the ones to answer all your questions and help ease your mind as you make the big decision to seek treatment.

We really care, and will work hard to make you feel welcome - with everything from finding the building for your first session, filling out online forms, making appointments, helping you assess the fit with your therapist, and will see you right through to the successful completion of your treatment.

We will always encourage you to forward book your appointments so that you can know in advance you have consistent treatments secured in the weeks to come, and we can always help you find any additional appointments you may wish to get by putting you on our priority list, and alert you when last minute appointments become available.
