Hannah is on our client care team, and will be performing her role remotely and as well as helping out the director while we take our time to find the right candidate for our onsite client care team member.
Hannah and Melissa will likely be your first port of call, we are the ones to answer all your questions and help ease your mind as you make the big decision to seek treatment.
We would love to help you work out anything you need to know about making your appointments, understanding rebates, and knowing each of the therapists specialty.
We really care, and will work hard to make you feel welcome - with everything from finding the building for your first session, filling out forms, making appointments, helping you assess the fit with your therapist, and will see you right through to the successful completion of your treatment.
We will always encourage you to forward book your appointments so that you can know in advance you have consistent treatments secured in the weeks to come, and we can always help you find any additional appointments you may wish to get by putting you on our priority list, and alert you when last minute appointments become available.
