Our Client Care team is dedicated to helping our clients in every way possible. We would love to help you understand anything you need to know about making your appointments, understanding rebates, and knowing each of the therapists specialty.
We care and work hard to ensure you feel welcome - from finding the building for your first session, filling out online forms, making appointments, helping you assess the fit with your therapist, to seeing you right through to the successful completion of your treatment.
We will always encourage you to forward book your appointments in advance to ensure you have consistent treatments secured in the weeks to come, and we can always help you find any additional appointments you may wish to get by putting you on our priority list, and alert you when last minute appointments become available.
Your first point of contact will generally be Harshini Pokala, our Clinic Administrator. Harshini can help answer all your questions and ease your mind as you make the big decision to seek treatment. She will support you through the intake process, help you find last minute appointments, arrange your payments and work tirelessly to get your rebates.
