Tom comes with a great toolbox of strategies and approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and EMDR (for treatment of trauma) to help clients find a way forward through stressful times in life.
