Tom Rosser

About Tom

Tom is a Psychologist who works to help his clients be able to make themselves feel good - even when their situations might not be.

Tom’s style is warm and friendly, but he will also give you a push if it’s needed. Tom will help you to understand the problem, where it came from, what keeps it going, and then work out “what are we going to do about it?”.

Tom enjoys working with adults, teens, and families, and understands how important it is to be able to trust, communicate (and most importantly laugh) with your therapist.

Tom has experience working with a range of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, OCD, self-confidence, PTSD, and more. Tom has specialised training in trauma treatment using EMDR, and training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for clients with BPD. Tom also uses CBT, ACT, mindfulness and more in his therapy.

In his spare time, Tom enjoys playing basketball, collecting socks, jamming on his bass guitar, reading a good book, and finding new restaurants.
