As our Operations & Clinical Lead, Tanisha plays a pivotal role in ensuring Winnicott Psychology Clinic delivers the highest standard of care and service to both our clients and clinicians. With an extensive background in leadership, operations, and business management, she brings a wealth of experience in building strong teams, implementing effective systems, and driving continuous improvement across the clinic. Tanisha oversees the day-to-day operations of the practice, supporting our psychologists while leading business development, process improvement, and the implementation of new initiatives that enhance both the client and clinician experience. She is passionate about creating efficient, sustainable systems that allow our clinicians to focus on what matters most—providing exceptional care to their clients.

 

As a natural leader, Tanisha is known for her collaborative approach, strategic thinking, and ability to bring people together. She works closely with the clinical team to ensure they feel supported, empowered, and equipped with the resources they need to thrive. Outside of work, Tanisha loves spending quality time with her family and her dogs, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, enjoying a good coffee, and keeping up with her favourite sports.
